Help the Police and Crime Commissioner shape his police and crime plan

Dafydd Llywelyn photoNEWLY elected Police and Crime Commissioner Dafydd Llywelyn will put the public and communities of Dyfed-Powys at the heart of every decision he makes over the next four years, and one of the first tasks he faces is to issue a Police and Crime Plan that sets out his strategic objectives over the next four years.

He is therefore seeking the views of the public on crime and policing to ensure that he can make a real difference to the people of Dyfed-Powys. Prevention of crime and anti-social behaviour and ensuring that victims have a voice and are fully supported with the services they need are the priority.

Police and Crime Commissioner Dafydd Llywelyn said: “I want to be a positive influence on our force and our communities, and the safety of everyone in Dyfed-Powys is important to me. Your views really do matter, and that is why I’m asking you to play your part in shaping our future policing. Your contribution will be vital in helping me to shape local policing and crime priorities that will keep local communities safe. If you have any views on what I should include as priorities in my Police and Crime Plan please visit http://www.dyfedpowys-pcc.org.uk/en/police-crime-plan-tell-us-views/

“The consultation closes on September 9 2016, so please take the opportunity to have your say and contribute to this important plan by then.”
