The Breast Test Wales mobile screening unit is returning to Llanelli.
The mobile unit will be situated at Morrisons Car Park, Llanelli from September 2016–April 2017.
Women aged between 50 and 70 this year, who live in Wales will automatically receive postal invitations to attend for screening, if they are registered with the following surgeries: Avenue Villa Surgery, Fairfield Surgery, Ashgrove Medical Centre, Ty Elli Surgery, Machynys Medical Practice, Llwynhendy Health Centre and Andrew Street Surgery.
Women who are aged over 70 will not automatically be invited for breast screening, but can request an appointment by telephoning Breast Test Wales on 01792 459988.
Anyone concerned about a breast change should visit their GP without delay.
