A 33 YEAR-OLD man from Carmarthen appeared in Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (Mar 26) after being charged with assaulting by beating, contrary to section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988.
Bogdan Sega of 22 Bryn Gorwel, Carmarthen who was representing himself pleaded not guilty.
Magistrates accepted jurisdiction and rescheduled the trial for May 26th at Llanelli Magistrates Court. He was released on unconditional bail.
