A 52 YEAR-OLD man from Bancyfelin, Carmarthenshire, appeared in Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (Mar 26) after being charged with fraud by false representation.
David Geraint Jones, of 2 Plas Y Berth pleaded not guilty.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction and sent the case to be dealt with on April 10th at Swansea Crown Court. He was released on conditional bail.
