Setting off from Pembroke this morning, the team will complete the circumnavigation of Wales in just four days, returning back home on Thursday Sept 10.

Ross McNally, Rob Dyde, Shane Davies, Liam Rowlands and Shaun Newbury have already managed to obtain £940 of their target before they donned their helmets this morning.
