A 68-YEAR-OLD man is scheduled to appear in Llanelli Magistrates’ Court today (Dec 7) after being charged with Section 18 wounding with intent, following a stabbing at an Ammanford pharmacy.
Dyfed-Powys Police is continuing to appeal for witnesses in relation to the assault which occurred at Garnant Pharmacy, Cwmamman Road, at approximately 12:40pm on Monday (Dec 5).
The victim sustained injuries from a bladed weapon and remains in hospital for treatment, but his condition is not life threatening.
The police are not searching for anyone else in relation to the incident.
