DYFED POWYS POLICE is investigating a number of burglaries that have occurred at properties in Pontrhydfendigaid on the evening of Tuesday June 28 leading in to the early hours of Wednesday June 29th 2016.
T/DS Gareth Jones said: “We’d like to reassure the community that enquiries into these burglaries are a priority, and we appeal to anybody who has witnessed any suspicious activity, or has any information to contact police immediately by calling 101, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0845 555111.
An arrest has been made and we are continuing with our enquiries. In the meantime we are urging residents to be alert and vigilant and take basic security measures seriously – ensure that all doors, windows and external gates are secured.”
