HOUSE-builders in Bridgend have received acclaim with the Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Award in June for their exceptional work on the Llys Ystrad development.
The Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards, established to spotlight the UK’s finest developments protected by its initiatives, has lauded the efforts of the builders at Llys Ystrad. This development, undertaken by Persimmon Homes West Wales, is set to present a total of 127 homes. It occupies the former site of Ysgol Bryn Castell on Llangewydd Road, Cefn Glas.
This accolade ensures that the site manager, Andy Jones, accompanied by his proficient team, will now be contenders for the esteemed Premier Excellence awards, slated for February 2024.
