All Blacks legend visits Carmarthenshire clubs as donations reach £7000

AS part of the ‘Tour De Scarlets’, New Zealand legend Sean Fitzpatrick visited a number of clubs in Carmarthenshire last week.

The fundraising cycle ride saw them take in 350 miles and 53 local clubs over four days to raise money for the Scarlets Community Foundation.

Sean is pictured at Amman United RFC, one of the clubs the cyclists visited on their journey, alongside Clwb yr Aman official Darrell Campbell.

The group also visited Ammanford, Tycroes, Pontyberem, Burry Port, Llanelli Wanderers, Llangennech and New Dock Stars among many others.

Donations on the Community Foundation’s Just Giving page have passed £7000 which will be given back to the game in the region.
