CARDIGAN took a bonus point from this game but could have easily taken the win in a thrilling game, which went down to the wire. The home side however took victory, with Lee Gunnell snipping his way over for a hat trick of tries. Another Penclawdd try came from Richard Jones. For the Cardis, Llyr jones and Lloyd Harries both touched down, and they were also awarded a penalty try, which brought the scores level at 27 points apiece in the dying moments of the game, but it was Richard Jones’ try which broke the hearts of the visiting players and supporters.
