Neyland earn a point against Clarbeston Road

NEYLAND earned a point against Clarbeston Road on Saturday (Sept 17).

The Nomads suffered heavy defeats against the Road last season but the result shows their improvement.

After a goalless first half, Neyland found themselves behind on 58 minutes as Jake Booth scored for Clarby.

Neyland showed plenty of fight in their last game against Hakin and that helped them draw level on Saturday.

Max Bowman-Davies’ run led to him sending an excellent cross into the box for Aidan Rees who netted the equaliser for his second goal of the season.

Neither side was able to find a winner and both settled for a point apiece.

On Saturday, September 24, Neyland travel to Monkton Swifts while Clarbeston Road host Kilgetty.
