A 36-YEAR-OLD man from Llanelli, appeared in Llanelli Magistrates Court on Thursday (Mar 26) after being charged with stealing four packets of lamb, to the value of £20.00 belonging to the Co-Operative Stores.
Jason Dean Roberts of Flat 3, Station Road, Llanelli pleaded not guilty to theft from a shop contrary to section 1(1) and 7 of the Theft Act 1968.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction and sent the case to be dealt with on May 8TH at Carmarthen Magistrates Court. He was released on conditional bail.
