A MOTORBIKE rider who was trapped down an embankment near Llandybie was rescued by fire crews yesterday afternoon (Sep 4) at 4:30pm.
The Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service attended the crash on the A483 and a spokeswoman said: “A motorbike was in collision with a barrier. One male was trapped down an embankment and was released by crews using small gear and a saw.”
The Welsh Ambulance Service was also in attendance, who took the injured rider to hospital via ambulance.
The scene was cleared by 5:13pm.
