ON Christmas Eve at Haverfordwest magistrates court a warrant with no bail was issued on a Hubberston man.Joshua Jones-Rogers, aged 19, of Sunningdale Drive, should have appeared at the court to answer to two charges.
Jones-Rogers is charged with assaulting Conner Walker by beating him on the September 20 2013. Jones-Rogers is also charged with owning a dog and allowing it to be dangerously out of control in Merlins Bridge, Haverfordwest and whilst so out of control injured Connor Walker contrary to section 3 (1) and c (4) of the Dangerous Dog Act 1991.
